Rates
Low season:
Approximately July to Sept from $3000/month USD or CDN$ 3700/mo.

Mid season:
Approximately June and Oct to Nov from $4000/month USD or CDN$ 5000/mo.

Peak season:
Approximately Dec to May from $5000/month USD or CDN$ 6000/month

Rates do not include cleaning fees of $ 300 USD per stay ( CDN 350) The pool can be heated at a cost of $ 35 USD per day or$245 per week. Please inquire for weekly rates and rates for Long Term Stays
